Fitchburg Municipal Pool

Project Overview:

The AKIS team removed epoxy coating from a concrete pool that serves as the Municipal Pool in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Key Challenge:

• Not damaging the concrete substrate

Services Performed:

• Epoxy coating removal
• Performed using 36K psi at 5-gpm with a rotary hand tool

Successful Results:

Upon successful completion of epoxy coating removal, the concrete was fully prepared and ready for new application of the proposed epoxy coating.
